Moodie is a small company in Naperville, Illinois, dedicated to the idea that we should all know our moods and express them. I'm the moodie owner and yes- I am moody! I developed these products because I love to express my moods. Taking a moment to think about your mood and labeling it is actually very helpful and fun. It is the age of moods. Of anti-depressants, of mood charts- of software programs designed to help people track their moods. And with all of this mood information available - in the busyness of the day, most of us do not realize what our mood even is. Over the years, I have seen and worked with all kinds of people. Homeless mentally ill folks and high powered corporate lawyers. They have more in common than you'd think. They are all driven by their current state of mind and often they think they are hiding their mood. The fact is - our moods drive us in many ways - how we see the world, how we understand and relate to things. This is a way to bling it up and help us all take our moods a little less seriously. If you name the mood- it can make it fun. You might accidentally cheer yourself up!
